PLAYA DEL CARMEN / COZUMEL: Relax in Playa del Carmen and Cozumel

Playa Del Carmen was such a FUN PLACE, the overall vibe was incredible. We actually liked it more than Cancun and ALOT more than Tulum, which we actually didn’t rate at all and it didn’t even make our suggested 2 week Mexico itinerary.

We suggest staying as near to Fifth Avenue (Quinta Avenida) as possible. There are lots of options from beachfront resorts to central and city hotels. It’s a great place for shopping, dining, and people-watching.
